Service Agreements & Project Collaboration
Our collaborative process is built on clear communication and defined expectations. This section outlines how we work together to bring your digital vision to life.
- Project Scope Definition: All projects begin with a detailed scope of work (SOW) document outlining deliverables, features, and functionalities. Any changes requested after SOW approval will be managed via a formal change request procedure, which may affect timelines and costs.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for timely provision of all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.), feedback, and approvals. Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.
- Communication Protocols: We primarily communicate via email and scheduled video conferences. We aim for a response time of 24-48 business hours. Effective communication is key to project success.
- Project Timeline & Milestones: Timelines are established at the project's outset and are dependent on client responsiveness. Projects are structured into milestones, with progress reports provided at each stage.
- Quality Standards & Revisions: Lumina Craft commits to delivering high-quality web solutions. A defined number of revision rounds are typically included in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Payment Policies & Billing Terms
Understanding our payment structure ensures a smooth financial process for both parties.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are typically structured as milestone-based installments, with an initial deposit due upon contract signing. Final payment is due upon project completion and before final file transfer or launch.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Details for payment processing will be provided on invoices.
- Late Payment Policy: Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 5% per month may be applied to overdue balances. Services may be paused or terminated for accounts with significant outstanding balances.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Project cancellation terms are outlined in individual project contracts, typically involving payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Price Changes: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Lumina Craft reserves the right to adjust pricing for future services with prior notification.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Clear guidelines on who owns what, ensuring all creative assets are used appropriately and legally.
- Client Content Ownership: All text, images, and other content provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Clients warrant that they have the necessary rights to use all provided materials.
- Lumina Craft Portfolio & Promotional Use: Lumina Craft retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, on its website, and in promotional materials, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
- Third-Party Content Licensing: Any third-party stock images, fonts, plugins, or software used in a project will be properly licensed. Clients are responsible for any ongoing licensing fees for premium assets post-launch.
- Copyright Transfer: Upon full and final payment, the intellectual property rights for the custom design and code developed by Lumina Craft for the client will be transferred to the client, as outlined in the project contract.
- Trademark & Brand Usage: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any brands, trademarks, or logos provided for their project do not infringe upon existing intellectual property rights.
